Did you ever watch the movie Matrix? Do you remember that the spookiness of it all was in the thought that we may not be in control of our lives.
Do you find this movie a bit disconcerting?
I don't for one minute think that it is a human that is pushing and pulling us but there is a force that puts us in situations that we would not have imagined for our future and circumstances totally opposite to what our work with the "law of attraction" promises. Did you as a child ever imagine that your life would have been like this? I certainly was not privvy to what was going to happen to me through no fault of my own. Or was it my fault? The real problem for me is, I cannot remember if I corrected it.
Anyway, the movie suggests the same thing - there is an Upper Force that is in control.
